NYSNA's Education, Practice and Research (EPR) Program, is charged with program development, oversight, and liaisons for academic nursing education and continuing education (CE).
The New York State Nurses Association is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Increasing members understanding of their professional association, and preparation for involvement in research are the goals of Research Fellows. Applications are now being accepted for NYSNA's 2008 Research Fellows program. Eligible individuals must hold NYSNA membership, a BS degree in nursing, and concur with ANAs Position Statement on Education for Participation in Nursing Research.
Research Fellows offers educational, research and association experiences, workshops and meetings; it is an exciting opportunity to discover research activities, network, and identify research roles.
