E&GW enables nurses to organize, use collective bargaining to its fullest advantage, maintain contract enforcement and improve the patient care environment. Program staff maintain a partnership relationship with officers and delegates of the Council of Nursing Practitioners (CNP) and Council of Professional Practitioners (CPP).
